The November 2025 Issue from the Italian magazine @livingcorriere (from Italian Newspaper Corriere della Sera) is about the HOME (Casa). They selected 7 international designers to design an artwork about what home means to them. Here’s my contribution (and sketches).
For me, the word ‘casa’ evokes the feeling of home rather than the physical structure of a house. Having moved more than twenty times, my idea of what a house means has become fluid—ever-changing. My design reflects this organic journey, resembling a cocoon more than a building. The inner hand-drawn casa is dotted with many points, symbolizing the winding path of my experiences. The outer line, also hand-drawn, represents a more grounded form—something that holds everything together while remaining flexible. Together, they express stability and movement. The entire piece is framed by the phrase “a house is where love lives,” reminding me that home is ultimately an emotional space, not a fixed location.
