WORKSHOP TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking a workshop with Specht Studio, you agree to the following terms.
Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received and your spot is reserved specifically for you.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else at no additional cost. Please let me know in advance so I can update the participant details.
If the workshop is cancelled by Specht Studio, you will of course receive a full refund.
If the workshop needs to be rescheduled, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you're unable to attend on the new date, you may request a full refund.
By purchasing a workshop spot, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Workshop Terms & Cancellation Policy.
Online workshops take place live via Zoom and will not be recorded. Please make sure you are available to attend the workshop live.
Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, and any software or materials specified for the workshop.
Technical difficulties on the participant's side do not entitle the participant to a refund. If significant technical problems on Specht Studio's side prevent the workshop from taking place as planned, an alternative date or appropriate solution will be offered.
Any presentations, exercises, documents, or other materials provided as part of the workshop are intended for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or used for commercial teaching purposes without prior written permission from Specht Studio.
Participants may not record the workshop, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from Specht Studio.
As part of the workshop, the work created by all participants will be brought together in a digital zine, published by Specht Studio and shared online.
By participating in the workshop, you give Specht Studio permission to reproduce and publish the work you submit for the digital zine. You always retain the copyright to your own work.
Your name will be credited alongside your work. If you prefer not to have your name included, please let me know.
The digital zine may be shared through Specht Studio’s social media channels and other online communication.
